Before starting your patient’s treatment1
Review the full treatment schedule with your patient—5 infusions administered once every 3 weeks over a 12-week period
Encourage your patient to plan ahead by confirming appointments and asking about arranging transportation and addressing work or caregiving coverage ahead of each office visit
If your patient is enrolled in ViridianCares™, suggest that they connect with their Patient Access Liaison (PAL) for scheduling or affordability support
During your patient’s course of treatment1
Remind your patient to eat well, drink plenty of fluids, and wear comfortable clothing with loose sleeves on the day of their infusion
Remind them that each Lumvoa™ (veligrotug-vvze) infusion lasts about 30 to 45 minutes
Monitor for infusion reactions during and immediately after each infusion. Remind your patient of the importance of immediately reporting any symptoms such as headache, chills, fatigue, fever, or changes in blood pressure
Provide patients with the Lumvoa Treatment Tracker to support engagement and adherence through all 5 infusions
Post-treatment care
Schedule your patient's next infusion and ask about any potential tolerability issues
Ask patients to report any side effects or signs of worsening inflammatory bowel disease, changes in hearing, or elevated blood glucose levels
If your patient misses an infusion, work with them to reschedule as soon as possible
For your patients enrolled in ViridianCares, encourage them to follow up with their PAL to discuss any outstanding access or coverage issues
